		<description>Marshal you want to follow their stick without committing yourself completely to the first fake.  You don&#039;t want to lunge your stick at theirs either.  You want to act almost like a mirror.  Just know that when that first fake comes you don&#039;t want to sell out completely, follow their stick with yours, but be prepared to recover and move the shot after that first fake.

Keep in mind too, that while a good save percentage for a lacrosse goalie is about 60%, shots like these are very high-percentage for the shooter.  If you get 2 out of ten, or 4 out of ten.  You&#039;re doing ok.  So don&#039;t get upset about letting too many of these in, but talk to your coach about what you guys can do as a defensive unit to not give up so many of those shots.
