Lacrosse Goalie Mental Training DVD Vol. 1 and 2

This is one of my favorite DVD’s because it is something that nobody, I mean NOBODY talks about.  Yet it is probably THE most important part of any goalies game.  If you are looking to take your game to the next level you really need this DVD.

Of all the things that helped me become an All-American in high school and then a Division One recruit, it was the mental training tips and tricks that I learned from my Olympic experience that really made me successful as a goalie.

I paid thousands of dollars to work with some of the top Sports Psychologists in the country during my years as an Olympic athlete and I have distilled all of those hours of work into these two DVD’s.

In bullet point form I go over the major sports psychology topics that
